United Link Foundation

United Link Foundation Inc. (herein also referred to as “United Link Foundation” and “the organization”) is a non-profit entity dedicated to addressing critical social challenges in the United States, with a focus on substance abuse recovery, recidivism reduction, and youth mental health support.

To address these challenges, United Link Foundation implements targeted programs in Wyoming, Louisiana, Maryland, and Nebraska, offering faith-based counseling and rehabilitation services to individuals struggling with addiction, incarceration, and mental health issues. The organization provides spiritual counseling, mentorship, and community workshops to support individuals in achieving long-term sobriety and personal stability.

Through faith-based rehabilitation and job training programs, United Link Foundation assists formerly incarcerated individuals in successfuly reintegrating into society. Additionaly, the organization partners with licensed mental health professionals and community organizations to offer counseling and resilience-building programs tailored to young people.

United Link Foundation aligns with the EB-2 NIW program’s objectives by contributing to public health improvement, social stability, and economic revitalization in at-risk communities. The organization wil create employment opportunities by hiring program coordinators, mental health professionals, and trainers in each of the four target states. Additionaly, it wil implement a train-the-trainer model, equipping local leaders with the ski ls necessary to expand faith-based rehabilitation and mentorship initiatives.

Fr. Eugene Inobeme, a Catholic priest with over 11 years of experience in spiritual counseling and community service, leads United Link Foundation’s mission to provide holistic, accessible, and transformative support to underserved populations. With his expertise in faith-based rehabilitation and mentorship, the organization is positioned to drive meaningful social impact, reduce systemic disparities, and foster stronger, healthier communities across the United States.
